Hard freeze–thaw
The valley runs colder and longer than the Magic Valley floor. Water that wicks up through an unsealed slab freezes, expands and lifts a weak coating. Our moisture-vapor-barrier epoxy base is built to shut that cycle down.

Months of plowed streets mean mag-chloride and road salt riding in on every tire and boot. A true polyaspartic top coat shrugs off the de-icer chemistry that etches bare concrete and eats cheap coatings.
High-altitude UV
Sun at valley elevation is stronger and reflects hard off snow. Lesser clear coats yellow and chalk; our UV-stable polyaspartic holds its color and clarity through the long, bright winters.
Hot-tire pickup
Summer heat still softens bargain coatings until tires peel them up. The full three-layer system stays locked down through hot-tire cycling, season after season.

Yes. We are based in Twin Falls, roughly an hour to an hour and a half south, and we schedule Wood River Valley jobs deliberately — grouping our trips up US-75 so the crew arrives ready to complete the work efficiently.
