FULL GARAGE RENOVATION IN
TWIN FALLS — FLOORS, CABINETS
& LIGHTING AS ONE PROJECT.
A full garage renovation brings our three lines together into a single build: a coated floor, custom cabinets and storage, and LED lighting with optional audio — designed, prepped and installed by one crew, answered for by one company. Most Magic Valley homeowners start with the floor and grow into the full makeover. That is Garage Pro, a licensed general contractor for the whole room.
- Coated floor
- Custom cabinets
- Slatwall & racks
- LED lighting
- Optional audio
- One crew, one warranty
• The whole-garage vision
STOP THINKING OF IT AS A GARAGE.
For most homes it is the largest room nobody finished — a cold slab that stains, walls of leaning clutter, and one dim bulb. A renovation treats it like the room it could be.
The difference between a garage you apologize for and one you show off is not any single upgrade — it is the three working together. A finished floor makes the clutter look worse, so the storage matters. Storage clears the walls, so the lighting finally has something to show. Bright, even light turns the whole thing into a workshop, a gym, a hangout — a real room you park a nice car in, not a place you hide the mess. Planned as one project, each layer sets up the next instead of fighting it.
• Three lines, one build
THE FLOOR, THE STORAGE, THE FINISH.
Each line is a specialty we do well on its own. A renovation is all three, sequenced so they add up to more than the sum of the parts.
The floor
A moisture-vapor-barrier epoxy base, full decorative flake broadcast and a UV-stable polyaspartic clear coat — the foundation the whole room stands on. One-day install, lifetime wear warranty. This is where almost every renovation starts.
Garage Pro Signature CabinetsThe storage
Custom Signature cabinets by Black Pine, slatwall and overhead racks that get every tool, tote and seasonal thing off the slab and onto the wall or the ceiling. The floor only looks finished when the clutter has somewhere to live.
Garage ProThe finish
Bright, even LED lighting and clean sound turn a workspace into a place you actually want to be. It is the layer that makes the whole build read as a room, not a garage — and it is what people notice the second the door goes up.
• Start with the floor
THE FLOOR IS THE FOOT IN THE DOOR. THE ROOM IS THE DREAM.
Nearly every renovation we build started as a floor coating. It is the upgrade with the biggest instant payoff and the clearest price, so it is where people begin.
But once that showroom floor is down, the leaning ladders and the dark corners start to bother you in a way they never did before. That is not a sales trick — it is what a finished floor does to a room. The renovation is simply following that feeling to the end: getting the clutter onto real cabinets, getting light on the whole space, and turning the biggest unfinished room in the house into the best one. You can do it in one build or grow into it a phase at a time — because it is one company, nothing gets torn out to make room for the next step.
• What a full build includes
HOW A RENOVATION COMES TOGETHER.
The order matters. We sequence the floor, the storage and the lighting so each layer cures and installs cleanly before the next one lands.
- 01
Design & measure
We walk the space, measure the slab and the walls, and map the floor, the storage and the lighting as one plan — so the cabinets clear the door tracks and the lights fall where you work.
- 02
Shot-blast & coat
The floor goes first: diamond shot-blast, moisture-barrier epoxy, flake broadcast and polyaspartic clear. Prep is roughly 70% of whether a floor lasts, so this is never rushed.
- 03
Cabinets & walls
Signature cabinets, slatwall panels and overhead racks are set and leveled once the floor has cured — everything anchored, everything square, nothing balanced on a bucket.
- 04
Lighting & audio
LED fixtures and, if you want it, in-garage audio get wired and mounted for even, shadow-free light and clean sound across the whole bay.
- 05
Final walkthrough
We put your gear back where it belongs, clean up, and walk the finished room with you — one crew answering for every part of the job.
• Where does my stuff go?
YOUR GARAGE MOVES A FEW STEPS AWAY.
The biggest reason people put off a renovation is the same one every time: where does all my stuff go? You are not filling the living room with totes or renting a unit across town.
We can arrange a Go Minis portable container dropped right in your driveway. Your garage contents move a few steps out of the way, stay dry and locked while we work, and come straight back once the room is finished. It is the difference between "someday" and "let's book it."
• The payoff
THE ROOM YOU ACTUALLY WANTED.
Call it a man cave, a she-shed, a shop or just a garage you are finally proud of — the payoff of a full renovation is the same: a space that works as hard as the rest of your house.
- A showroom floor that wipes clean instead of staining
- Wall-to-wall storage so the cars actually fit again
- Lighting that turns a dim bay into a bright, usable room
- Optional audio for the workshop, the gym or game night

• Answer-first FAQ
GARAGE RENOVATION QUESTIONS.
What does a full garage renovation in Twin Falls include?
A complete garage renovation brings the three Garage Pro lines together into one project: an epoxy-and-polyaspartic floor coating (Armor Shine Floors), custom cabinets, slatwall and overhead storage (Garage Pro Signature Cabinets), and LED lighting with optional audio. We design, prep, coat, install and finish the whole room as a single build with one crew and one point of accountability.
How much does a garage makeover cost?
A full makeover is scoped to your garage — the slab size, how much storage you want, and whether you add lighting and audio all move the number. Many homeowners start with the floor and layer in cabinets and lighting from there. See our garage renovation cost page for real Magic Valley ranges and what drives them.
Do I have to do everything at once?
No. Most renovations start with the floor because it is the foundation everything else sits on, then add cabinets and lighting when the budget and timing are right. Because it is one company doing all three lines, each phase is planned to fit the ones that come after it — nothing has to be torn out and redone.
Where does all my stuff go during the renovation?
We can arrange a Go Minis portable container dropped in your driveway so your garage contents move a few steps away, stay dry and secure, and come right back once the room is finished. You are not renting a storage unit across town or filling the living room with totes.
How long does a full garage renovation take?
The floor coating itself is a one-day install for most garages thanks to fast-curing polyaspartic. A full renovation with cabinets and lighting is staged over a few days so each layer cures and installs in the right order. We give you a clear timeline at the estimate.
Is this the same company that just does floors?
Yes. Garage Pro is a licensed general contractor, and Armor Shine Floors is our flagship floor-coating line. Because floors, cabinets and lighting all run through one company, a full renovation is one crew, one schedule and one warranty conversation — not three contractors pointing at each other.
